I teach every Monday at noon MSROM...Muscular Strength and Range of Motion, a 45 min. Class thru fun.... Low impact cardio, and tools: weights, exer tubes, etc. To give you the muscular strength/support, flexibility, and improved balance that we all need. Location:Recker Rd./Brown Rd. Fitness Works Location NE corner in the strip mall.
I also teach the MSROM class every Friday at 1:05pm at the Gilbert Fitness Works on Higley Dr./Baseline Rd. Just south of I 60 past the Banner Gateway Hospital turn west at the Dairy Queen into the strip mall.
